🔹 5-Second Mental Reset

How to Do It:

– Pause.

– Count down: 5… 4… 3… 2… 1.

– Focus on one thought: “I’ve got this.”


🔹 One-Minute Breath Break

How to Do It:

– Inhale for 4 counts.

– Hold for 4 counts.

– Exhale for 6–8 counts.

– Repeat for one minute.


🔹 Power Pose Reset

How to Do It:

– Stand tall, feet hip-width.

– Hands on hips or arms in “V”.

– Breathe deeply for 60 seconds.
